Refunds and cancellation
The rule
- Window
- 14 days from payment
- Condition
- None — you don't have to explain yourself
- How
- A message to martinjoly.pro@gmail.com
- Who refunds
- Paddle, our reseller, to the payment method used
You have fourteen days to ask for a refund, with no reason required. Write to us, we pass it to Paddle, and the money goes back to the card or account that paid.
We set no conditions because there is no reason to: the thirty-day trial exists precisely so you can decide before paying. Nobody buys CropPlanner blind, so nobody should have to negotiate their way out.
Your right of withdrawal
As a consumer, the law gives you fourteen days to withdraw from a distance purchase (article L221-18 of the French Consumer Code).
Downloaded software would let us ask you to waive that right as soon as it is made available. We don't ask. The legal period and our own rule are therefore the same, and there is no box to tick that takes something away from you.
Cancelling is not refunding
These are two different things, and it is the most common confusion. Cancelling stops future charges: your subscription runs to the end of the period already paid for, then ends. You keep the software until then.
Refunding reverses a payment already taken. That is what this page covers, within fourteen days.
Cancelling is self-service, at any time, from your billing area. Refunds go through us.
Beyond fourteen days
A period already started is not refunded. You can, however, cancel at any time so that it is not renewed — with no notice, no fee and nothing to tell us.
If something went wrong on our side — the software doesn't run on your machine, a licence never arrived — write to us anyway. Those cases are not a refund policy matter but a warranty one, and they get sorted.
