Under article 6 of French law no. 2004-575 of 21 June 2004 on confidence in the digital economy, the site's host is identified above.
Intellectual property
The CropPlanner software, its interface, its source code and its documentation, together with the text, illustrations and graphic elements of this site, are the exclusive property of the publisher and protected under French intellectual property law.
Any reproduction, representation, adaptation, translation or distribution, in whole or in part and on any medium, is prohibited without prior written permission. Buying a CropPlanner licence grants a right to use the software; it transfers no ownership.
Third-party trade marks and product names mentioned (Adobe Photoshop, Capture One, macOS, Apple) belong to their respective owners and are cited for interoperability purposes only.
Personal data and cookies
This site is entirely static. It sets no cookies, uses no analytics and collects no data about its visitors. It contains no forms: the licence request buttons open your own email client.
The information you send us by email (name, company, billing address, VAT number, number of seats) is used only to draw up the quote, the licence and the invoice. The data controller is the publisher identified above; the legal basis is the performance of pre-contractual measures and of the contract, together with accounting obligations.
This data is kept for the duration of the business relationship and then for the statutory retention period for accounting records (ten years). It is never sold, assigned or passed to third parties, save where the law requires it.
Under Regulation (EU) 2016/679 and the French Data Protection Act, you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, object to and port your data: write to contact@cropplanner.app. You may also lodge a complaint with the French data protection authority, the CNIL (cnil.fr).
The software sends nothing
The CropPlanner application runs offline. It makes no network requests — licence checks included — collects no usage data and transmits nothing to the publisher. Your images, your crops and your settings stay on your machine.
Sales and licences
CropPlanner licences are sold to businesses, by quotation, and invoiced exclusive of tax on a per-seat basis. This site supports no online purchase: no payment is taken and no order is placed here.
Prices shown on this site are indicative, stated in euros exclusive of tax; they may change without notice and only the quotation is binding. French VAT applies; businesses established in the European Union outside France holding a valid EU VAT number are invoiced under the reverse charge.
The general terms and conditions of sale — governing licence duration, payment terms, warranty and liability — are supplied with the quotation and accepted on ordering. They are available on request at contact@cropplanner.app.
Liability
The publisher endeavours to keep this site accurate and up to date, without warranting the accuracy, completeness or currency of the information it contains. Depictions of the software interface are illustrative and not contractually binding.
Access to the site may be interrupted at any time, in particular for maintenance, without liability on the part of the publisher. Outbound links are provided for information only: the publisher exercises no control over the sites they point to.
Governing law
This site and the relationships arising from it are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, the parties will seek an amicable settlement before any legal action; failing that, jurisdiction is as set out in the general terms and conditions of sale or, in their absence, under ordinary rules of law.
